Job Description
We are seeking an experienced MSP Project Engineer to join our growing project team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex IT infrastructure projects while maintaining the highest standards of service delivery and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute complex IT infrastructure projects including cloud and on-premise system migrations, network deployments, and security implementations
Coordinate with internal technical teams and clients to ensure project objectives are met and deliverables are completed on time
Develop detailed project documentation, technical specifications, and implementation plan
Monitor and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and management
Conduct technical assessments and make recommendations for infrastructure improvements
Implement and maintain security measures to protect client data and systems
Configure and manage cloud services including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Engineer specifically in an MSP environment
Strong technical background in IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, proxmox)
Proficiency in Microsoft technologies including Office 365 and Azure
Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices
Experience with backup and disaster recovery solution
Excellent project management and documentation skills
Strong communication and client-facing abilities

Location Requirements:

Position is based in Millersville, MD
Must be able to work on-site and travel to client locations as needed
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
