Job Description
Basic Function/Responsibilities:
• Handle Tier 1 help desk escalations through tickets or phone or onsite on clients premises
• Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution
• Create accounts and configure hardware as part of on-boarding process
• Manage and monitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records
• Other duties may be added and/or assigned as needed
• Oversees day to day operations of the business
• Makes first tier decisions when issues arise
• Produce internal and end user standard operating procedures
• Must be willing to participate on the on-call schedule and work after regular scheduled hours when needed.
• Excellent Phone and Email Etiquette.
• Any and all duties, tasks and work assignments as designated by immediate supervisor or CEO.
