Atruent is a managed network service company and from the network to the computer, software to hardware, virtual desktop to global issues and the increasing security threats that SMBs currently faces, our relationship with you is based on local, efficient, and effective service, keeping your enterprise running smoothly, secure and with as little incident as possible.

Our Story

A privately-owned company, Atruent has more than 20 years of experience in information technology. Based outside of Baltimore, we pride ourselves on providing trusted and reliable local service in an effort to bolster your company’s efforts. Behind each computer screen is a person, and it’s because of this will still put value in face-to-face relationships, a personal touch, and connecting with our clients.

We choose the motto, “True Enterprise Level Solutions” because it speaks to the conviction and consistency we are still in each job. Monday through Friday, from 8 am. to 5 p.m., we guarantee no more than an hour response time. After-hours and weekends, we’re always on-call and a phone call or email away, whatever time zone you may be in. Let us focus on your IT needs so you can focus on your business.

Aida Keehner

Aida Keehner

President/CEO

Aida Keehner started Atruent in 2009. Mrs. Keehner previously held the positions of IT Services Sales Manager at eResources, Network Engineer and Applications Specialist for Computerized Management Systems, Inc., and IT Director with Ecumed Petroleum Tunisia, Ltd. She holds a master’s degree in Information Technology Applied to Management and speaks English, French, and Arabic. Aida is passionate her company and the services it delivers, her focus has always been the relationship she has with her clients.

CHO (Chief Happiness Officer)

Crystal has been an employee of Atruent since the very beginning (and before). She was the oldest employee as she would have turned 18 in October 25th 2021 (126 human years). She was our Chief Happiness Officer and took her responsibilities to heart. She enjoyed short walks, treats, French fries and fresh baked bread. She occasionally took a poop in the help desk area which was company-wide known as a code brown. She held a Master’s Degree in cheerfulness. Crystal “went to the Cloud” on October 7th 2021. She will be dearly missed.

Quality Control Manager

Winston started his position with Atruent early 2020. He is eager to learn and takes his job very seriously. He randomly checks upon all employees, verifying the quality of their work. He also cheers them up each time, and lets them know how much of a good job they are doing. He enjoys anything that moves and anything that can be eaten.
He holds a B.A. in Mischievousness.

Ronald Lee

Ronald Lee

Operations Manager

Ronald Lee joined Atruent in June 2011. Previously, Mr. Lee held the positions of Bench Technician for 1st Quality Electronics and IT Consultant for eResources. He holds a technical degree in Electronics from TESST College of Technology (formerly RETS Technical Training Center), as well as a certification in Microsoft. He is the guy behind the scene that makes it all happen.

Jordon Kurtz

Jordon Kurtz

IT Consultant

Jordon Kurtz joined Atruent in March 2017. He has not had formal training in the IT world but has personal experience in building and managing computers and software. All his self-taught knowledge along with the on-the-job training and excellent customer relationship skills has already made him a great addition to the team! As a member of our technical Team, you will get to work with Jordon regularly and we can guarantee that you will enjoy working with him.

Alicia Walker

Compliance Officer

Alicia joined our team in September 2019. She started as an Administrative assistant and now moved up to our Compliance Division. Alicia is currently pursuing her Bachelors Degree at Strayer University in Information Technology with a focus on Cyber Security. She has worked in customer service for more than 10 years. Most of her knowledge in computer is from school and self-taught. She enjoys hiking, camping and traveling, it gives her the opportunity to enjoy what she has while learning about different backgrounds.
