How Atruent Delivers Vendor Management
Atruent includes vendor management as part of your agreement, provided you maintain a support contract with the relevant vendor. This covers all vendors, including any Line of Business (LOB) applications your organization relies on. Here’s how our approach benefits you:
We act as your advocate: We manage all vendor communications and support escalations on your behalf.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Our vendor management services are effective as long as you have an active support agreement with the vendor. This ensures we can escalate issues and coordinate resolutions efficiently, including for all critical LOB applications.
  • While your agreement includes unlimited remote help desk support during business hours, vendor management is a distinct service. Atruent will act as your intermediary with third-party vendors (including LOB applications) as long as you maintain an active support contract with the vendor or isn’t considered “legacy” software by Atruent or the developer.
  • To ensure we can provide timely and effective service to all clients, vendor management support is included for up to three (3) hours per incident. If a single vendor-related issue requires more than three hours of our time (including troubleshooting, coordination, and communication), additional time will be billable at our standard hourly rate. We will always notify you before any billable work is performed and seek your approval.
